About PPD Consulting Inc
John Germani founded PPD Consulting Inc in 2022 after successful careers with ADP/CDK Global and NCM Associates.
In 2003, John was introduced to Automotive Financial Statements and 20 Group Composites while working in IT for Performance Incorporated, an ADP Company. There he worked with a team that coded all of the North American Financial Statements for data collection for use in Performance Incorporated's 20 Group programs. For the next 7 years, he deepened his knowledge and acumen for Automotive Financial Analysis and led develop efforts for 20 group composites and CDK Global online tools including webComposite, P20, and partner tools.
In 2011, John shifted from technical to practical when he took on the 20 Group moderator position within Performance Incorporated/CDK Global. He facilitated 20 Group meetings from 2011-2019 for CDK Global for hundreds of Automotive Dealerships in North America. From 2018-2019, in addition to moderating groups, John also led the 20 Group division of CDK Global. In this capacity, he had the pleasure of teaching Automotive Financial Statements to CDK sales and Customer Success staff.
In 2020, John went to work with NCM Associates where he was responsible for the team that processed financial statements and produced their composites in addition to continuing his moderating duties for a hundred or so Automotive Dealerships.
In 2022, John left NCM and founded PPD Consulting Inc to get closer to Retail. From 2022-2024, John provided impactful leadership, coaching, process and performance management in store and online for a few select dealership groups.
Now, beginning in 2025, John is excited to bring his Automotive Experience to the market at large filling a gap in the Automotive Industry specific to Financial Statement understanding for non-controller positions.
